Sorry, I wasn´t exact about it. I meant the cable which connects the motor to car mass. Not easy to find.

It appears only in the cold wintertime.

Winter means wet conditions and water makes electrical problems worse. I´d really check for a mass problem first, because it´s most probable the cause and the least expensive one.
