english is no problem ;-) ))

is no big thing to change from LE-jetronic (this system is used in E 28)
to motronic,as they are quite similar.
all you need are the complete cable-bus from motronic,
digital distributor from motronic (LE-jetronic got dynamic one)
the special motronic flywheel with scaling for ignition point
transmittor, the transmittor itself and a compatible gearbox (no problem as most ones are prepared yet).
then you need the electronical components as there are air-mass-messuring-unit, motronic-box (the computer).
depending on the generation of the used motronic you will also have or not to use a lambda-oxygen-sonde.

thats it.

the effect: motronic works much better, as ignition is digitally worked out and so the character will be smoother and softer, the injection part is (nearly) the same as jetronic, so this won't influence very much.
and most times motronic equiped ones guzzle (consomme) less petrol.
