ich schreibe jetzt in meiner sprache...mein letztes posting auf dem forum.

today i finally had the opportunity to post 2 pic's of my '86 535i.

reason for posting: some guys here asked me to send some pictures.

i did not sent the pic's to "show off"... i really don't give a rat's ass about showing off.

I bought the car because i needed transportation since my last car was wrecked... i did not look for an E28, it was offered to me amongst several other cars like peugeot 205, opel kadett, vw golf MK1
price for this car was 800 euro's and it has all options possible except for leather/heated seats. so choosing which car to buy wasn't such a hassle... since i couldn't afford one more expensive.

the car came with 2 sets of rims. the original TRX rims with no tyres which i could sell almost immediately, and a set of 8'5x17 rims with almost worn tyres.

i drove the 17's untill they where completely worn and i was offered these 19" rims which came off an E36 M3. I payed 200 euro's for the set of 4 with brandnew 235/35 and 245-35 bridgestones.

Due to personal reasons all this was the best solution to stay mobile...

If i would have been more fortunate these last few months i would have bought a brandnew car like my previous cars, with whatever rims and tyres i like at that time...

so buying this car and the used 19's was a cheap solution to solve my transportation problem, 1000euro's in total for a fast good quality car that is nowadays seldomly seen in the netherlands.

Again said: if i would be in a position to make my own choices, not being restricted by personal/money problems i would have driven a different car.

the fact that some people here find it amusing to post, -and keep posting- nothing more than childish remarks about the fact that they don't like my car has shown me that there is no reason for me making any more visites to this forum and it's people in the future.i find it very annoying seeing people acting in such a manner as whitnessed today.

this also means i will not continue to look for the parts asked for by some of you. i am sorry but you will have to thank the obvious writers on the forum for their postings.

P.S To whome it may concern: hacking my photoalbum tells my that you have some problem with who i am, what i do, or what i drive... please think about what possible use it would have to hack somebody's site... didn't like the pictures? so what? then just don't look at them anymore. how about me deleting al sites, pictures, posts, and even people i don't like? Now that would be crazy wouldn't it?

Ich kann dir nachfühlen...
Was ich mir hier auch immer hab anhören müssen...
Ballonreifen und ähnliches.... Nur weil ich früher 205/70R14 illegal fuhr und heute 225/60R15 immernoch illegal.

Nur böse Menschen hier. Ich hab schon ein richtiges Trauma.
Schön dass du den Absprung noch rechtzeitig geschafft hast, ich werd wohl noch ne Weile hier festhängen...

By the Way: Hat jemand Ahnung von euch bösen Menschen, was es mit einer Alarmanlage BA 201 auf sich hat? Schein ein ähnliches BMW-Zubehörteil zu sein wie die BA 100. Hab nur absolut null im Netz gefunden...

O.K., you may have some reason for it.

This community is usually *not* a meeting point of web space crackers.

Moreover, we even try to keep some balance beetween the different sides
of the hole thing. As you surely have noticed, you find here members
of the 'traditional' part and also guys who have rims as big as oil
barrels. Until now, that was never a big problem.

Saying 'your car/rims/cars color/... is ugly/nonsense/whatever' is
different from hacking someones webspace.

Frankly said, I really can't imagine that a member of this commuity
hacked your webspace only due to this - sorry - silly pictures.
Please keep in mind, that some hundred million people can load your
web presentation. Everyone of them could have hijacked your account.

Hallo,

wenn du dich entscheidest Bilder in Foren / Internet zu veröffentlichen, dann kommen auch Kommentare. War das nicht auch das Ziel? Ist es nicht natürlich, dass extreme Modifikationen (die Felgen SIND extem!) extreme Meinungen provozieren?

Es war hier ausdrücklich nach "Geschmack" und "persönlichem Empfinden" gefragt - das Anwenden objektiver Kriterien ist bei solch einer Beurteilung natürlich schwierig. Die meisten Meinungen waren aber durchaus sachlich.

Der "Teilegott" hier hat sein Auto auch im großen Maße umgebaut, ich denke man kann da ebenfalls von extrem Tunig reden. Ich persönlich mag das nicht gerne, und er weiss auch das es viele gibt die es nicht mögen - aber er geht humorvoll damit um, wie auch die "Normalo-Fraktion" von Ihm schonmal einen Seitenhieb bekommt. Klappt doch wunderbar ;)
BTW - möchte die Gelegenheit nutzen, um meinen Hut vor dem technischen Sachverstand, und der Arbeit vom "Teilegott" zu ziehen! Respekt!

Dann beleigt wegzulaufen anstatt sich einer Diskussion zu stellen ist die eine Sache. Mitglieder dieses Forums zu beschuldigen, sie würden deine Webseiten (ein öffentliches Fotoalbum!) hacken, eine andere.

Und einen Thread mit dem Titel "der deutsche look" zu starten, war sicherlich nicht die beste Idee, das musst du zugeben.

So, jetzt habt euch wieder lieb
