Der Neue e28 535i und das Problem mit der Heizung

Hallo,
auf der Suche nach einer Lösung zu meinem Heizungsproblem, keine Wärme im Stand, habe ich was zu deinem gelesen.

That is the write up that made the light bulb go on in my head, as I said earlier on I disconnected the Aux pump and the controller never shut down again on its own, however I still lost heat around 2000 rpm, so figured I either needed a stiffer spring or diaphragm, but the spring I could not do anything with, at least without a great deal of difficulty, but luckily found a rubber disc the same size as the inside diameter of the diaphragm, made hole in the center popped the spring clip, removed the plunger, screed, diaphragm combo, slopped the shaft through the central hole and reinstalled everything and back on the car. I drove the car keeping the rpm at 2500-3500 and never lost heat. now it takes a lot more pressure to close the plunger, hence it stays open at the selected setting at much higher coolant flow rates (RPM/speed).
I don't have pictures of my own as it is now on the car which BTW, I drove for 30 miles to work with controllable heat all the way, so I am going to use some of the good photos Roy posted to show where the additional disc went.

Dort wird das Problem dem Ventil bzw. der zu schwachen Federausführung zugewiesen. Je nachdem welcher Hersteller das Ventil hat ... after-market oder original Bosch oder BMW sind da wohl u.a. andere Federn verbaut.

MTC kit, MTC PN 3065 -> bei ebay angeboten
Bosch kit, Bosch PN 1147213007
BMW kit 64118390132
haben wohl alle unterschiedliche Federn.
